Polish Commonwealth Cossack Cavalry

I have just finished basing some very nicely painted Polish Commonwealth Cossack Cavalry from the extensive 25mm Old Glory Eastern Renaissance range. The figures have been painted by the talented Leroy Simpson for the start of my Polish Baroque Army. They are an old range but like most Old Glory figures I think they have stood the test of time quite well.

Beautifully painted figures - I am also a fan of Old Glory - a few of their ranges a re a bit dodgy - earlier Napoleonics and the Marlburians are not that great - but most of the others can foot it with Foundry or Perry Miniatures in my opinion - and at half the cost!

Perfect work on these miniatures!

Very nice indeed! I am looking at my Polish army again in light of the increasing amount of information becoming available on its structure and organisation. Some Old Glory Cossacks would be just the job alongside my Pancerni from the same manufacturer

Thanks for the great comments everyone. The Polish range is very good however the Winged Hussars (well mine at least) seemed to have their heads a little squashed and off to one side, which makes it hard to move. I will place some images later this week and you can see what I mean. The infantry are still excellent I think but I am yet to have them painted.

Regards
