Afghan Turcoman Cavalry - Wargames Foundry

My last post for today is another of Leroy Simpson's 2nd Afghan War units. This unit is a Turcoman Cavalry Regiment from Wargames Foundry North West Frontier range (which it does appear to not be available from their new website anymore). Leroy has painted the figures straight from Osprey Publishing book - Men at Arms 072 North West Frontier (plate G). They will however make a great addition to his already very nice Afghan Army. I think all Leroy is intending to paint now is two units of irregular cavalry...but please enjoy.

Foundry with the new management said if they made a figure and they still have the mould will do the figures on request so if somebody wants these figures they should ask.

The figures look great and pack loads of character!

Reading this post reminds me of my old room mate! He always kept talking about this. I will forward this article to him. Pretty sure he will have a good read. Thanks for sharing!
